Brisbane — prepare yourself for an evening of exceptional food and fine single-cask spirit pairings with this SMWS x Chef Myles Hartley collaboration!
This coming September, we’re teaming up with Chef Myles Hartley (formerly of The Euro/Urbane & Head Chef at Ocean View Estate Winery) to deliver an exceptional evening of flavour indulgence.
Join us at The Mailman in Alexandra Hills for a carefully prepared three-course meal, paired with 5x SMWS spirits — including TWO unreleased bottlings (one of which is a beautiful 9-year-old Jamaican rum) and a 28-year-old Cognac — plus a welcome dram. All of this hosted by your local SMWS Ambassador Scott Mansfield and Chef Myles Hartley, who will be walking you through each dish as it’s presented.
This event is strictly limited in capacity and is a fantastic opportunity to get together with fellow Society friends in a sit-down (yet still relaxed) setting and enjoy the versatility of our exceptional spirits.
When? Saturday the 20th of September, 6:30pm for a 7:00pm start.

Members are welcome to bring guests at member pricing. Non-members are also welcome to attend.
