This Winter, as the temperature plummets and wild winds billow, the ACT SMWS community ventures to the warm, cosy, rustic atmosphere of The Green Herring at Gininderra Village for a six-course Degustation Dining & Whisky Tasting experience. The chefs have developed some variations on their delicious dishes to allow our luscious SMWS whiskies to shine. Drew McKinnie invites SMWS members and guests to join us for a seated tasting to accompany the degustation menu. Warmth, savoury, sweet and complex flavours will complement our brilliant winter whisky selections, showing glorious malty, complex and smoky accents to keep the coldest windswept Canberran warm.
