The first of Alex’s flavour-profile-driven tastings upstairs at Whisky & Alement showcasing some of our existing 12 flavour profiles — and, as you may have guessed, this tasting will be concentrating on the middle blue profile — Juicy, Oak & Vanilla! Before we welcome in the new eight Flavour Profiles, it’s working taking a closer look at some of the flavours that have made the last years of the Society so special. Alex will be dissecting what makes a distinctively “Juicy, Oak & Vanilla” cask across five unique bottlings.
Five drams, a welcome drink, charcuterie, and Alex’s signature banter and nerdy passion that you absolutely will not get anywhere else!
