The Society would like to proudly announce a special collaboration between Lotus Dining in the Galeries Sydney in a pairing unlike any done before. For one night only, we’ll be taking over the private dining room overlooking the city at Lotus and collaborating closely with their dessert Chef extraordinaire, Pierrick Nicol, and pairing up Society single casks with some of the most delectable desserts crafted around each cask. One of the casks we’ll be trying will be the first and only appearance in Sydney as a special offering to be revealed on the night. Tickets strictly limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
