Join us at Bar 26 (the speakeasy style tasting bar for OCD) for a bold & beautifully curated night of SMWS whisky, seafood, and sensory storytelling!
The night will begin with an SMWS whisky highball welcome cocktail, and a delicate amuse-bouche, before diving into a six-course seafood degustation created by Chef Flynn McLennan — where Japanese-inspired flavours meet native Australian ingredients in a truly unforgettable menu!
Each course will be perfectly paired with hand-picked SMWS whiskies, including exclusive new outturn casks, with tasting insights led by Andrew Derbidge — Chairman, Director & NSW Manager of SMWS Australia.
When? Tuesday the 16th of September, 6:00pm arrival and start, 9:30pm finish.
