Sydney — it’s time to gather in person and enjoy all eight new Flavour Profiles at the RACA this coming July with Andrew Derbidge!
For almost a decade, the Society’s 12 flavour profiles have influenced the way our members interact with our spirit. Now we see a shift from 12 to 8, a simplification of flavour to further inform and assist how you interact with society spirit. A flavour evolution!
Join us at The Royal Automobile Club of Australia on Thursday, July 2, for a classic RACA evening where you’ll have the opportunity to taste a Society dram from each of the new profiles, and write your own notes! An opportunity to get up close and personal with each of the new profiles and really find your own, all in the familiar surrounds of the RACA with fellow Society members.
In tandem, we’ll also be exploring the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles. These will be replacing ‘Core’ bottlings with some minor, yet crucial, design changes as you’ll see. We’re really excited to be bringing these evolved flavours to you!

When? Thursday the 2nd of July 2026, 6:30pm arrival for a 7:00pm start.
