DESCRIPTION:We told you it wouldn’t be much longer. The new Flavour Profiles are coming to Hobart in May — taste all 8 new profiles and write your own tasting notes!\nThe time is finally here. For almost a decade\, the Society’s 12 flavour profiles have influenced the way our members interact with our spirit. Now we see a shift from 12 to 8\, a simplification of flavour to further inform and assist how you interact with society spirit. A flavour evolution! \nJoin us at the coastal delight that is Hope & Anchor pub for an evening of flavour where you’ll have the opportunity to taste a Society dram from each of the eight new profiles\, and write your own notes! Drams will be accompanied by generous shared grazing plates — there’ll be plenty of food to go around. \nIn tandem\, this will also be an opportunity to view the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles. These will be replacing ‘Core’ bottlings with some minor\, yet crucial\, design changes as you’ll see. We’re really excited to be bringing these evolved flavours to you! \n\nWhen? Saturday the 30th of May 2026\, 5:45pm arrival for a 6:00pm start.\nWhere? Hope & Anchor; 65 Macquarie Street\, Hobart TAS 7000.\n  \nMembers are welcome to bring guests at member prices.
