Now we see a shift from 12 to 8\, a simplification of flavour to further inform and assist how you interact with society spirit. A flavour evolution! \nJoin us at the familiar Seven Stars Hotel on Wednesday\, June 17\, for a two-course dinner alongside eight Society drams — one from each of the new profiles — where you’ll be able to also write your own tasting notes! An opportunity to get up close and personal with each of the new profiles and really find your own flavour. \nIn tandem\, we’ll also be exploring the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles. These will be replacing ‘Core’ bottlings with some minor\, yet crucial\, design changes as you’ll see. We’re really excited to be bringing these evolved flavours to you! \n \n\nWhen? Wednesday the 17th of June 2026\, 6:30pm arrival for a 7:00pm start.\nWhere? Seven Stars Hotel; 186/187 Angas St\, Adelaide SA 5000.\n  \nMembers are welcome to bring guests at member prices. Non-members are also welcome to attend and learn more about the Society. \n  \nThis will also be the first tasting hosted by the new South Australian Ambassador Nirmal Menon — come along and show your support for your fellow long-term Society member turned Ambassador!

An opportunity to get up close and personal with each of the new profiles and really find your own\, all in the stately surrounds of the Kelvin Club with fellow Society members. \nIn tandem\, we’ll also be exploring the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles. An opportunity to get up close and personal with each of the new profiles and really find your own\, all in the familiar surrounds of the RACA with fellow Society members. \nIn tandem\, we’ll also be exploring the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles. These will be replacing ‘Core’ bottlings with some minor\, yet crucial\, design changes as you’ll see. We’re really excited to be bringing these evolved flavours to you! \n \n\nWhen? Thursday the 2nd of July 2026\, 6:30pm arrival for a 7:00pm start.\nWhere? RACA; 89 Macquarie St\, Sydney NSW 2000.\n  \nMembers are welcome to bring guests at member prices. Non-members are also welcome to attend and learn more about the Society. \n  \nRACA Dress Code:\nMembers and guests must wear business or smart casual attire. \nWhat clothing is not acceptable?\nShorts\, T-shirts\, flip-flops\, and informal headwear are not permitted. \nAre jeans allowed?\nYes\, jeans are allowed as long as they are clean\, unstained\, and not torn. \nWhat is the minimum dress requirement for gentlemen?\nGentlemen must wear a collared dress shirt\, long trousers\, and covered footwear. \nWhat is the dress expectation for ladies?\nLadies should wear attire appropriate to the occasion\, such as slacks with a suitable top or a conservative dress. \n
