DESCRIPTION:It’s the most fabulous time of the year — Scotch Whisky Festivals season!\nThe Scotch Whisky festivals are some of the most anticipated Scotch events in the world — taking place every May with each of the five unique Scotch whisky regions celebrating in their own way\, and multiple distilleries releasing out special bottlings in commemoration. The Scotch Malt Whisky Society is proud to be releasing their own festival bottlings once again for 2023\, and you’ll be able to drink them at the same time as they will be in Scotland! \nJoin us at Tassie Partner Bar the New Sydney Hotel for a two-course dinner accompanied by six stunning SMWS festival drams\, one from each region of Scotland\, spanning different flavour profiles. Hosted by your State Ambassador Tom Rofe\, you’ll be guided through each delicious festival cask and be regaled with tales of the Whisky Festivals. \n  \nWhen? Saturday 20th May 2023 — 6:00pm arrival for a 6:30pm start.\nWhere? New Sydney Hotel — 87 Bathurst Street\, Hobart TAS 7000.\n  \nMembers are welcome to bring guests at member pricing. Non-members are also welcome to attend.
