DESCRIPTION:The Maestro is back once more!\nAustralia’s undisputed king of matching food to whisky\, Franz Scheurer\, will once again weave his magic with Society malts\, this time collaborating with acclaimed chef\, Jose Silva\, at Bibo in Double Bay. \nJose was Head Chef at the iconic 3-hatted Guillaume at Bennelong for 12 years before opening Bibo in 2016. Bibo mixes traditional Portuguese cuisine with classic French cooking techniques\, making for stunning flavours\, textures\, and visuals. Guests will receive a cocktail on arrival (created by Franz) before embarking on an incredible five-course menu\, with Franz and Jose matching each dish to a different Society malt. \nPlease note this is a curated whisky dinner with specific dishes prepared and matched to each Society whisky. One individual will be crowned the winner and will take home a ticket valued at $249 to the coming AMWTC event on the 24th of June 2023 at the Art Gallery of NSW. \nWhat’s on taste?
