DESCRIPTION:Spring is setting in and the sun is shining over the Royal Canberra Golf Course — won’t you join us for a splendid Society gathering?\nDaylight saving\, spring weather\, longer days\, lovely sunsets\, splendid company? All ticked. Join State Ambassador Drew McKinnie at the Royal Canberra Golf Course on the 24th of October for a relaxed and convivial evening featuring a wide range of whisky flavour profiles and tasty canapés and charcuterie to keep you cheerful and exploring. \nIn past years we’ve mentioned a STEPS format tasting — this means multiple stands with several types of whisky where you can pick and choose what you like to taste at your own pace. No need to rush\, this will be an evening of leisure and good times with fellow Society friends old and new. \nYour whisky passport will allow your taste buds and olfactory senses to take you to new dramming destinations with 8x SMWS bottlings on pour for you to taste through! Plus\, 5x different canapés to be enjoyed throughout the evening and plenty of charcuterie to snack on. Shake off the winter chills and bask in the warmth of the spring evening in joyful company. \n  \nWhen? Thursday\, 24 October 2024 — 6:30pm arrival and start.\nWhere? Royal Canberra Golf Course\, 71 Bentham St\, Yarralumla ACT 2600.\n  \nMembers are welcome to bring guests at member prices.
