We have selected a variety of expressions from Islay along with some similarly robust whisky from the Isle of Mull. Now we see a shift from 12 to 8\, a simplification of flavour to further inform and assist how you interact with society spirit. \nJoin us in Wollongong in April as your local ambassador Fred Apolloni guides you through these new eight flavour profiles over a curated three course of dinner at Centro Bar and Restaurant. Guests will be treated to eight drams\, one of each of the new profiles\, and learn about why the changes made\, whilst discovering first-hand what they are. \nIn tandem\, this will also be an opportunity to view the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles.
