As members of our SMWS whisky community\, we too have enjoyed some of the best whiskies created through the art of distilling. Our foods too have been enhanced through the discovery of spices\, travel and the fusion of ideas\, culture and cuisines. Here in Adelaide\, South Australia\, we are lucky to be able to enjoy that rich diversity. Diversity Alan and I want to share with our whisky club friends.\n\n\nWe have been recently exploring some artisan cheeses\, spice\, wine and whiskies and want to share our discoveries with you. Please join us! Spice up your summer nights with an array of tasty cheeses\, sourced from some of the world’s best cheese regions\, to pair with our SMWS single cask\, cask strength whiskies. And there’s no better space to enjoy an evening than in the side courtyard area at the Seven Stars Hotel. DESCRIPTION:Sydney\, let’s kick into 22!\nIn a return to a wonderful tradition we had running in Sydney for many years – right back to 2003\, in fact – we’re hosting a sublime Summer Whisky Dinner!   And who better to team up with than\, yet again\, Australia’s undisputed king of matching whisky and food\, Franz Scheurer. Franz will ply his trade once more for us and serve up his famous recipe of 1 + 1 = 3.  (The dish lifts and changes the whisky; the whisky lifts and changes the dish!)
