A series of four releases across our new ‘Bold & Peaty’ and ‘Smoky & Fruity’ Flavour Profiles. \n“This collection celebrates the powerful and medicinal nature of West Coast peat. We have selected a variety of expressions from Islay along with some similarly robust whisky from the Isle of Mull. These phenol-packed casks cover a spectrum from deeply tropical fruit and smoke through to intense carbolic character. There’s so much flavour diversity to be found in this collection\, in both spirit style and cask type. Join as at The Royal Automobile Club of Australia on Saturday the 1st of August for a full afternoon of festival fun! \nWe will have a spacious and elegant private room with several stands throughout\, each with whiskies from their own regions for you to try at your leisure\, along with plentiful roaming canapés. What’s on pour?
