It’s a celebration of everything that makes the SMWS truly unique: the whisky\, stories\, experiences\, and most importantly\, the members! \nThis year we’re gathering at RLF (Ralph Louis Frederick) for an evening of drams\, storytelling\, and flavour with our newest South Australian Ambassador Lily Arnott\, who will be hosting the five-dram tasting. Your ticket includes a welcome beer\, generous canapés\, and 5x SMWS drams including a Vaults Collection bottling\, and this year’s Gathering bottle: Cask 95.105 Into the carpenter’s kitchen\, a HTMC cask-matured 14-year-old whisky handpicked by our own Marketing Manager\, Adam Ioannidis. \n\nWhen? Maybe there are no angels; maybe the loss from sleeping oak casks lies with the Flying Haggis? We’ll see if we can discover the truth – we’ve got plenty of drams to savour and many miles to travel on our armchair journey.\n\nLet us take you through deep glens\, past brooding lochs and swift\, tumbling rivers\, through hedgerows and fields\, ancient castles and stone ruins\, lush gardens\, steep munroes and bustling villages.
