Darren’s culinary CV has few peers\, and his fresh take on Japanese Kappo Omakase dining has made Izy.Aki one of Sydney’s tastiest destinations. There are precious few restaurants where one of the best chefs in the country personally serves and explains the dishes to you\, and the opportunity to pair his stunning creativity and hospitality with Society whiskies\, together with Franz’s magical touch\, is a mouthwatering prospect. \nBeing a true izakaya-style venue\, this will be an intimate dinner with room for just 24 diners as we take over the restaurant for the night. 5x Society whiskies paired with 5x carefully paired dishes\, curated to match (plus a welcome drink).
