SUMMARY:Hobart Boilermaker Christmas Crawl
DESCRIPTION:Who’s ready for a Society boilermaker bar crawl?\nJoin in for the Hobart SMWS Christmas Party\, as we crawl our way through three great boilermakers! We’ll be hitting up Overland Brewery and Distillery\, Deep South Brewery and finishing at the New Sydney Hotel for the final three drams. \nNathan\, Head Distiller of Overland\, will greet us and give us a tour of the distillery and brewery\, before an Overland boilermaker with an SMWS dram. Phase two will see guests take a nice stroll down to Deep South Brewery\, where we will be taken on a Deep South tour\, before another boilermaker and delicious pizza for lunch. \nTo end a perfect afternoon\, we will be finishing up in the outdoor courtyard of the premier Tasmanian Partner Bar\, New Sydney Hotel\, to indulge in the last boilermaker and three Society drams which you can enjoy at your own leisure. An exquisite pilgrimage led by your local State Ambassador Tom Rofe with 5x Society drams\, three beer pairings\, and lunch. \n  \nWhen? Saturday 16th of December 2023 — 12:30pm arrival and start.\nWhere?\n– Starting at Overland Brewery and Distillery (284 Argyle St\, North Hobart\, Tasmania 7000)\n– Deep South Brewery (220 Argyle Street\, North Hobart\, Tasmania\, 7000)\n– New Sydney Hotel (87 Bathurst Street\, Hobart\, Tasmania\, 7000)\n  \nMembers are welcome to bring guests at member prices. This year\, we’re celebrating Gathering month in October across the country and Cask 95.105 Into the carpenter’s kitchen — our Australian Gathering bottle selected specially by our branch’s Marketing Manager Adam Ioannidis exclusively for our members across the country. \nTo complement our incredible HTMC-matured exclusive whisky\, your local Ambassador Tom Rofe has organised an afternoon of flavour at Preachers — 5x SMWS whiskies (including the Gathering bottle 95.105)\, 4x beers (paired with 4x of the whiskies)\, a welcome dram\, and the classic Preachers burger and fries combo all enjoyed on the bus. The perfect Sunday afternoon enjoyed with Society friends — don’t miss out on this exceptional gathering of flavour! \n\nWhen? Sunday the 26th of October\, 12:00pm arrival and start.\nWhere?
