DESCRIPTION:The one you’ve been waiting for — Flavour Profile deep dive for peat\, an in-depth look at different styles across several regions\, all presented by VIC SMWS Ambassador Alex Moores.\n  \nSix peated drams plus a welcome beer and shared cheese/charcuterie boards await each ticket holder upstairs at Whisky & Alement on Tuesday\, 12th of May. A journey exploring the many styles and regions of peat\, and the legacy SMWS peated flavour profiles. From the young\, ex-bourbon peat bombs of Islay\, to the fruity\, drier coastal smokes\, and beyond Scotland. This event has already seen lots of interest from members; “when are tickets going on sale for the peat event?”\, “have the tickets gone on sale\, yet?” — well\, now they’re here. \nGrab yours on the 24th of March\, midday AEDT\, and experience the hearty and diverse flavours of peat. Please remember that this is a seated whisky tasting\, please be mindful and respectful of other guests attending to learn about the whiskies. \n  \nWhen?
