SUMMARY:Wollongong Dramming: New Flavour Profile Launch
DESCRIPTION:Wollongong\, be the first in the country to try the new eight Flavour Profiles alongside a three-course dinner.\nThe time is finally here. For almost a decade\, the Society’s 12 flavour profiles have influenced the way our members interact with our spirit. Now we see a shift from 12 to 8\, a simplification of flavour to further inform and assist how you interact with society spirit. \nJoin us in Wollongong in April as your local ambassador Fred Apolloni guides you through these new eight flavour profiles over a curated three course of dinner at Centro Bar and Restaurant. Guests will be treated to eight drams\, one of each of the new profiles\, and learn about why the changes made\, whilst discovering first-hand what they are. \nIn tandem\, this will also be an opportunity to view the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles. These will be replacing ‘Core’ bottlings with some minor\, yet crucial\, design changes. \nYour ticket includes eight SMWS drams\, one of each of the new flavour profiles\, and a three course dinner\, alongside fellow society members\, and friends. Don’t miss this opportunity to be some of the first people in the country to try all eight new flavour profiles\, and learn more about these flavour changes. \n  \nWhen? Friday\, April 17. 6:30pm arrival for a 7pm start.\nWhere? Centro Bar & Restaurant; 28 Stewart Street\, Wollongong 2500.\n  \nMembers are welcome to bring guests along at member prices. A flavour evolution! \nJoin us at 1808 Lounge Bar in Lonnie for an evening of flavour where you’ll have the opportunity to taste a Society dram from each of the eight new profiles\, and write your own notes! Drams will be accompanied by generous shared plates — plenty of food to go around. \nIn tandem\, this will also be an opportunity to view the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles.
