DESCRIPTION:Join us for a small\, intimate tasting night as we explore a special selection of Society whiskies that have been matured in ex-sherry casks.\nButts\, hogsheads\, American oak\, Spanish oak\, 1st fills\, refills\, and finishes….each of the whiskies we’ll be tasting (including a 30yo Vaults Collection bottling!) has been matured in a cask that previously held either Oloroso or Pedro Ximenez sherry. \nFrom some distillery names commonly associated with sherry cask maturation to a few that you may not even have heard of\, we’ll explore the unique aromas and flavours that sherry casks impart to Scotch whisky in this exclusive and intimate masterclass. Five drams\, light supper\, and a welcome drink. \n  \nWhen? Thursday 29th February 2024 — 6:30pm arrival for a 7pm start.\nWhere?
