DESCRIPTION:Boom! The new Flavour Profiles are landing in Lonnie this coming May — taste all 8 new profiles and create your own tasting notes!\nThe time is finally here. For almost a decade\, the Society’s 12 flavour profiles have influenced the way our members interact with our spirit. Now we see a shift from 12 to 8\, a simplification of flavour to further inform and assist how you interact with society spirit. A flavour evolution! \nJoin us at 1808 Lounge Bar in Lonnie for an evening of flavour where you’ll have the opportunity to taste a Society dram from each of the eight new profiles\, and write your own notes! Drams will be accompanied by generous shared plates — plenty of food to go around. \nIn tandem\, this will also be an opportunity to view the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles. These will be replacing ‘Core’ bottlings with some minor\, yet crucial\, design changes as you’ll see. We’re really excited to be bringing these evolved flavours to you! \n\nWhen? SUMMARY:Burns Night at the New Syd!
DESCRIPTION:Time to bust out the kilt (or some tartan) and join us at the New Sydney Hotel to kick-off 2026 with an evening celebrating the great Scottish Poet\, Robbie Burns.\n  \nJanuary 25th\, 2026\, come on down to the New Sydney Hotel for a traditional Robbie Burns Supper hosted by Tom Rofe\, who has presented quite the immersive evening for you all! Expect a Whisky highball on arrival at 5:45 before a 6pm start where a traditional Scottish three-course meal will be served: Cullen Skink for entree\, Haggis with neeps & tatties and whisky sauce for main\, and Cranachan for dessert. The haggis will be addressed\, and there will be a piper to welcome the haggis into the room. All of this\, alongside 5x full-flavoured\, panel-approved SMWS drams. \nIf you’ve never experienced a traditional Robbie Burns Supper\, this is certainly one not to miss! If you have\, then you’ll be glad to see its return at the New Sydney Hotel this coming January. \n  \nWhen? Sunday the 25th of January\, 5:45pm arrival for a 6pm start.\nWhere?
