STEPS is back!\nAfter the longest year many of us can ever recall\, SMWS Members & friends are invited to the National Press Club Situation Room on Thursday 9 December 2021 to take charge of the situation and enjoy a celebratory steps tasting.  Escape the rabble and chaos\, come to a convivial whisky oasis where you can slake your thirst for supreme quality spirits\, in company with long-lost friends. Reconnect your social circle\, your taste buds and olfactory cells\, tickle your senses with a selection of our finest\, unique\, cask-strength drams. Light canapés served for accompaniments. Enjoy fun and frivolity to welcome the festive season! Thursday 9 December\, 1830 for 1845. \nThe STEPS format of whisky tastings is by far the most requested format from members\, and we’re super excited to deliver this for members in the ACT. Explore the flavours around the tables in this whisky party layout and discover Society casks around the room while gathering with members to see the year out. \nWe’ve booked the Situation Room at the National Press Gallery on Thursday 9 December\, 6:30pm kickoff\, with all food\, whisky\, and good times included in the ticket. \nMembers welcome to bring partners\, guests\, friends at one low member rate. Non-members also welcome to come and discover the SMWS! \n
