To celebrate\, we’re formally releasing a 15 year old single cask\, cask strength\, single malt\, specially picked out by our Cellarmaster\, Andrew Derbidge. This special bottling is in itself a milestone\, a time capsule\, and has been matured in a truly delicious sherry cask to boot. \nFor Victorian Society members\, drop into Whisky & Alement anytime from 4pm on Wednesday 30th August\, for a free 15ml dram of our anniversary cask! Enjoy a welcome cocktail crafted by Shirt Bar Barangaroo’s own Jordan Blackman\, a dram from the distillery\, then a dram of our exclusive single cask.
