Boilermakers in collaboration with the Melbourne Whisky Room sold out so fast that we’re adding a second night: \nIn a collaboration set to stun palates\, we’re proud to announce a very special collaboration between The Scotch Malt Whisky Society\, Melbourne Whisky Room\, and the very full-flavoured Kaiju! Brewery for one night only… \nA ‘boilermaker’ is traditionally a working-class knock-off drink of local lager and a shot of cheap whisky to follow. What happens when we take the most rigorously panel-approved single casks from the SMWS and expertly pair them with a range of bombastic full-flavoured beers from Kaiju! Brewery\, at the marvellous Melbourne Whisky Room to find flavour nirvana for one night only with only the best ingredients?
