DESCRIPTION:FESTIVE STEPS Sydney Whisky Party!\nSydney rejoice\, it’s time for a whisky party! We’ve had a huge year at the Society and to see 2018 out for our last big bash for the year\, come join us on Friday night\, 30th November 2018\, at the Royal Automobile Club for our FESTIVE STEPS Whisky Party! Here’s how it works:\n1. Friday 30th November in the Macquarie Room at the Royal Automobile Club\, 89 Macquarie St.\n2. Twelve new Society casks being featured\, many of them never before seen in Sydney (and\, in some cases\, never before showcased in Australia).\n3. The first eight members to place an order on the night will receive a free 30ml official sample bottle of SMWS whisky.\n4. $88 for Members\, Partners & Guests\, $108 for non-members.\n5. Strictly limited to just 88 people.\n6. The format will be our ever-popular “STEPS” style tasting. Attendees will receive seven tasting tokens – simply choose whichever seven whiskies or spirits you want to redeem them against\, in whatever order and pace as you wish. There will be a welcome dram on arrival\, which will then make up eight drams per person on the night.\n7. Meet and chat with our regular team of Society Ambassadors who will be manning a stand and pouring out drams on the night.\n8. Canape supper will be provided\, together with lots of water\, fun\, humour\, conviviality\, and that great atmosphere that only a Society tasting can provide. 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start.\n\n\nBook in\, bring a friend\, come celebrate the year that was with the leading whisky club in Australia! \nFriday 30th November\, 6:30pm\, Royal Automobile Club

Working behind the scenes with Newstead\, we’ve come up with what will be a remarkable session of finding that magic pairing of five fresh malty beers with five never-before featured single cask\, malt whiskies\, while discovering that apex of flavour in a way that the Society does best. \nBrewer\, Ambassador\, beers\, whisky\, pizza. What a way to kick off an incredible Saturday together. Friends\, family and partners welcome.
