DESCRIPTION:The Oak Barrel Whisky Fair is back!\nAfter a two-year hiatus\, the Sydney Whisky Fair returns to The Oak Barrel’s Sydney CBD location with over 200 exhibitors including The Scotch Malt Whisky Society; we’ll be taking over the main stage with our Society tasting lounge and serving some special members-only pours\, and running some special offers for non-members\, too! Held over three sessions across the 9th and 10th of September\, this celebration of small batch\, single cask\, rare\, interesting and new release expressions from around the world is definitely not to be missed! \nTickets include: entry to the event\, access to over 100 samples during the day (strict RSA practices will be observed)\, a commemorative glass to take home and a food voucher to be redeemed on the day. Join your State Ambassador\, Alex Moores\, who has a passion for all things flavour\, for the second in a series of long lunches as we celebrate Global Gathering month this September! These experiences highlight pairings between single cask Society whisky and the dining experience of Matilda 159 in a private dining setting exclusive to members + guests of the SMWS. No non-member tickets will be available for this special experience. \nWhat can you expect from such a grandiose occasion? A four-course luncheon expertly prepared by the team at Matilda 159 with five complementing Society drams to complete the experience (there will be a separate ticket on offer for guests/partners wanting to enjoy only the lunch aspect of the experience). \n  \nWhen?
