DESCRIPTION:Our final Melbourne Whisky Room tasting of the year\n\nIt’s that time of year when your resident whisky Santa and ambassador about town brings the ‘Odds & Ends’ for one last member masterclass of the year at Whisky & Alement. \nWe’ve had a cracking year of flavour at the SMWS and we’re neck-deep in planning for next year\, but there were a few casks that definitely sparked our interest above others\, or perhaps flew under the radar completely this year. Some oddities\, some flavour rarities\, some casks that our ambassador fell in love with completely. \nJoin us for one more festive bash at Melbourne Whisky Room next week for a very limited\, very intimate\, cosy tasting of goodies from deep within the warehouse at SMWS. \nWednesday 14 December\, 6:30pm arrival for a 7pm start. Join Tasmanian State Manager Tom Rofe to see the year out with The Scotch Malt Whisky Society. \nAs soon as you arrive after 1pm\, the drams will be flowing. Bring your own blanket or chair (unless you are happy to flop down on the Tassie grass). Spot prize for the best tartan blanket\, the best tasting note on the day\, and the most festive attire! \nWhat does your ticket include? \n\nSix Society drams\,\nA light lunch\,\nPlus a stunning SMWS-branded spirit glass to take home!\n\n  \nWhen?
