Baxter Inn is an iconic, low-lit whisky bar nestled deep in the Sydney CBD. Baxter Inn is the type of place where John Cheever and Johnnie Walker might spend some time together. When you head down the stairs, and step through the door, you’ll see straight away that they like their whisky (and whiskey too, for that matter). Baxter Inn can tell you exactly how many bottles from the Highland, the Lowland, Speyside and the islands they have lined up behind the bar, and their team can tell you a story about each and every one of them, echoing the sentiments and ethos of the Society.
