Name a more iconic duo.\nThe SMWS\, in partnership with The Cheese Pleaser\, providores of artisanal cheese\, are delighted to bring you The Scotch Malt Whisky Society ‘Cheesemonger Whisky Pairing’ tasting.  A night of superb single cask\, cask strength whiskies matched with cheeses of the highest quality awaits you. \nOur guest presenter is Peter Gross\, Queensland’s Premier Cheesemonger and cheese judge.  Peter started the South Cape brand in the late 80’s and is now the General Manager of Black Pearl Epicure in the Valley\, a Brisbane icon over the last 25 years for sourcing the very best produce from all around the world. \nOur Queensland Manager\, Scott Mansfield\, and Peter Gross are super excited to share with you the flavour explosion of wonderful single cask whiskies matched with single origin cheese from Europe\, North America and Australia.
