DESCRIPTION:The year has flown by\, and it’s that time already…our End of Year Christmas Canberra Bash! \nIn keeping with Christmas tradition\, we once again present our fabulous EIGHT Christmas Steps to Heaven at The Deck – overlooking beautiful Lake Burley Griffin. What’s eight for? It’s EIGHT degrees of single cask satisfaction!\nAll you need to know in Eight Steps: \n1. When and where: Wednesday 14th November at The Deck\, Barrine Drive\, Parkes\, arguably Canberra’s most pictureque venue.\n2. EIGHT Society whiskies being featured (and\, in some cases\, never before showcased in Australia).\n3. The first EIGHT members to place an order on the night will receive a free miniature sample bottle of SMWS whisky.\n4. $88 for Members\, Partners and their Guests\, $108 for General Admission / Non-Members.\n5. Strictly limited to 48 people – so Canberrans\, don’t leave it until the last minute\, book in now to avoid disappointment!\n6. The format will be our ever-popular “Steps” style tasting. You will receive six tasting tokens – simply choose whichever six whiskies you’d like to taste\, in whatever order and pace you wish.\n7. Meet and chat with our amazing team of ACT Society Ambassadors who will be manning a stand and pouring out drams on the night.\n8.
