The time has arrived. For almost a decade, the Society’s 12 flavour profiles have influenced the way our members interact with our spirit. Now we see a shift from 12 to 8, a simplification of flavour to further inform and assist how you interact with society spirit. A flavour evolution!
Join us at Common Vice on May 28 for a flavour-fuelled dinner where you’ll get to taste all eight of the new flavour profiles + write your own tasting notes. Eight drams, three-course dinner, and the chance to get acquainted with the new profiles live and in-person.
In tandem, this will also be an opportunity to view the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles. These will be replacing ‘Core’ bottlings with some minor, yet crucial, design changes as you’ll see. We’re really excited to be bringing these evolved flavours to you!
When? Thursday the 28th of May 2026, 6:30pm arrival for a 7:00pm start.

Members are welcome to bring guests at member prices. Non-members are also welcome to attend and learn more about the Society.
