Sound the alarm! The new Flavour Profiles are landing at Terrarium this coming May — taste all 8 drams and write your own tasting notes!
The time is finally here. For almost a decade, the Society’s 12 flavour profiles have influenced the way our members interact with our spirit. Now we see a shift from 12 to 8, a simplification of flavour to further inform and assist how you interact with society spirit. A flavour evolution!
Join us at Terrarium on the terrace (weather pending) for an evening of flavour where you’ll have the opportunity to taste a Society dram from each of the new profiles, and write your own notes! Drams will be accompanied by signature Terrarium kitchen delights (more than usual for this one!).
In tandem, this will also be an opportunity to view the newly-designed ‘Signature’ range of Society bottles. These will be replacing ‘Core’ bottlings with some minor, yet crucial, design changes as you’ll see. We’re really excited to be bringing these evolved flavours to you!
When? Thursday the 7th of May 2026, 6:30pm arrival for a 7:00pm start.
Where? Terrarium Bar; 99 St Georges Terrace (Howards St Entrance), Perth WA 6000.
Members are welcome to bring guests at member prices. Non-members are also welcome to attend and learn more about the Society.
Please note that the whiskies on pour for this event will be unreleased whiskies not featured in April Outturn.
